Cortezcapt (Derek) 156
Oh wow, we love artichoke dip. Why haven't I thought or heard about this before now..... Definitely on the next grocery list. Sounds delicious plus a good way to serve artichoke dip gluten free. Will be sprinkling a little extra cheese over them and letting them broil for a few minutes. keith_h 420
Another one to try. I think this might make a good meatless entree too. Just use the large portabella and top the filling with a little Parmesan and broil to finish.
Cortezcapt (Derek) 156
I make my dip a little differently then they do instead of cream cheese I use sour cream and mayo, and usually the 6 cheese Italian blend (already shredded in a bag). This is the recipe http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/paula-deen/hot-spinach-artichoke-dip-recipe.html Though I tend to dress it up with my preferred spices and cheese.
