Tri-Circle-D 2,059
Wow-I didn't see that coming. That price seems high, but I guess it's a good deal since I could arrive at 7:30 and stay until 2. I probably wouldn't need to eat dinner after that. TCD
GaDawgFan.....Kelly 799
I like brunch, but I also really like the Trail's End lunch menu. Ugh Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

mouseketab.....Carol 1,261
My Rick will be very happy about this!!! He loves some Trail's End Breakfast, but sometimes 11:00 is just too early for him to get going!

He loves the TE Breakfast buffet, but getting there by 11 is always a trick for us. He blames me. I blame the dogs. We managed it once in 3 weeks last fall, and I think we got there at 10:45. Tri-Circle-D 2,059
If the $23 price is correct, that is $5 more than the full price for the buffet the last time I went, which was in the last month. The additions of lunch entrées and an omelet chef may justify that $5, but there's only so much a person can eat. I think we will go and we will like it, but I'll miss the price of the regular buffet. TCD

It also cuts down on the work that has to be done in the kitchen since salads can be pulled from a central commissary so that helps reduce the staff required and keeps costs down. Another double win for the accountants.
Cortezcapt (Derek) 156
I actually like the sound of this, I'm not a big breakfast or morning person so having the option to go later, still get some of the things I like off the breakfast buffet but also getting lunch stuff will be great. Travisma 1,317
Other than the "lunch" items, it looks like the free breakfast selections at Embassy Suites! Of course you don't get the Fort atmosphere. It does look like a better selection than the Whispering Canyon breakfast but it is $6 more. Wondering if they are going to raise the price for that? parrothead7368 aka Norm 101
Price doesn't seem that out of line, we paid $20 a person for brunch a couple weeks ago around here. Best Regards, Norm
GaDawgFan.....Kelly 799
Josh was tweeting from there this weekend, so he'll be posting a review in the next day or two, I assume. BradyBzLyn...Mo

We'll probably go and like it but I always hurt myself trying to eat my money's worth when it was cheaper. Now it's going to cost more and really the only thing I'll do different is pay more money and eat fried chicken for breakfast. I also was following Josh's twitter for his brunch, it should be pretty entertaining, seemed like he was there for hours. WBI

GaDawgFan.....Kelly 799
I broke down and asked him on twitter. He said it's mostly the same with a few additional offerings. I joked with him that he didn't want to take buffet pics, and he posted a screen shot with a ton of them. So he hasn't written it yet, but I'm guessing he will at some point. He has enough material. twiceblessed....nacole 433
Hmmm...not my favorite change. We like the breakfast buffet and now it's just going to cost more to add items that probably won't interest us.

fladogfan aka Gretchen 259
Interesting. If you started eating about 10:30 you could be there when the menu changes took place
GaDawgFan.....Kelly 799
He finally listened to me. LOL! Actually, with fried chicken and made to order omelets, it might be worth a few extra dollars. But how can I eat all that?
LONE-STAR 370
Looks good but we could never eat enough to make it worth it. However the take out breakfast has changed since we were there last and sounds good.
