All I could get was a preferred site and I camp with a tent. There is a sand pad at the back for tents, correct? I usually only book a partial site but this is all I could book on such short notice. What I did was use the paved section and then run long rope lines to the edge of the pavement to secure the bottom of the tent. Covered with a rug so I didn't trip over them. Worked great.
