AuburnJen 777
Disney notoriously has a stigma of having more things to do for girls than boys. It was nice to run across this article today from DisneyDining.com from this mom (who has all boys) outlining her top 10 things to do with boys at Disney. Do you have other ideas that are cool to do with boys? List them here to share with all Fiends! CJHokie 43
I have 2 boys and will agree with most everything there. One thing I didn't see that my boys really liked this past trip was the Sea Raycers.

Beckers 1,136
Oh yeah the sea racers, Adam and Brian both enjoyed that. and fishing! The fishing tour while expensive, was great. We caught so much we joked they had an aquarium attached to the boat that they kept the fish in.
mouseketab.....Carol 1,261
As they got older, my boys liked the cheerleaders and softball players at All-Stars :)
Travisma 1,317
54 combinations of Star Tours? Interesting. We've been trying to get the Cowboy Shootout in the Great Movie Ride and we always get the gangster one.
mouseketab.....Carol 1,261
They don't run the Coyboy shootout near as much. Only about 1 in four sets of cars.

Retired and Happy (Ken) 101
The last 2-3 times we have ridden, we have had both the gangster and the western shootouts.

BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
I don't think I knew there was anything but the gangster one. Is my understanding they only run both sides when it's busy enough. When you enter the pre-show room where the movie plays, ask the CM before getting in the winding queue. If they're running it they'll put you in the right line. Sent from my SM-N910V using Tapatalk
Travisma 1,317
If you are near the front of the second set of cars, as you come around the corner coming into the gangster shootout, you will see the set of cars in front of you doesn't stop, but goes thru the door that opens into the cowboy scene. Roberta 42
I thought I would revive this thread. :-) When we were there last month, two of our grandsons were there at the same time. They are 7 and 4. Their favorite thing to do was ride the monorail around. Second favorite thing was swimming in the hotel pool - go figure, they have a pool at home! They also really enjoyed the Lego Store in Disney Springs and the hotel arcade. The only rides they really liked enough to do again were Peter Pan and Buzz Lightyear. (they didn't go to HS so didn't try Toy Story) Basically, their parents don't even need to buy park tickets! I know they would love the Fort because they both love camping. They would love to ride their bikes on paved loops. We only live on dirt/sand here. And I know they would love Chip 'n' Dale's campfire.
GaDawgFan.....Kelly 799
Z would catch lizards all day. It's probably his favorite thing to do at the Fort.
Travisma 1,317
Straws and wet pieces of paper wads to shoot at the lizards. Won't hurt them.
