QueenD 0
We are planning on staying in premium site and son & family are renting cabin. Linking our reservations. Is that a guarantee that we will be in a site near their cabin. If not, any suggestions on how to make that happen. Also what would be a good loop
mouseketab.....Carol 1,261
There are some sites in 1100 that back up to cabins in 2100, so each of you request those respective loops, and have your reservations "linked" as "travel with" BradyBzLyn...Mo and pixiesteno
Tri-Circle-D 2,059
There's a trip report here from one of our members who wanted exactly what you're wanting: http://www.fortfiends.net/forum/topic/6012-this-life-is-just-a-test-now-pass-me-a-beer/?hl=%2B1100+%2B2100#entry145828 Part of the story is that at check in, they did not get exactly what they were looking for, and their travel agent had to call the front desk to get it straightened out. Using a travel agent does not cost you a penny extra- Disney pays their commission. You definitely want your reservations linked, and the campers need to request the 1100 loop, while the cabin folks need to request the 2100 loop. Because of the uniqueness of the Fort, you should use a travel agent familiar with the Fort. One of the sponsors of this site is Jason from Mouse Counselors: MouseCounselorsJason AdamsEmail: [email protected]Phone: 800.936.3183 ext 704A full service travel agent specializing in Reservations for Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, and Adventures by Disney Call him, and let him take care of it all for you. That's your best bet of making this happen. TCD BradyBzLyn...Mo
QueenD 0
Thanks for the info. We are using a Disney Planner that my DIL is friends with, so hopefully that will help. Didn't know about Jason. We do have our Disney Experience accounts linked. Is that what you are talking about?
mouseketab.....Carol 1,261
Once you each actually have your reservations. Have your travel planner "link" the reservations. It's known as "travel with". Then have your planner make the requests we suggested above.

If this Disney Planner doesn't have Fort Wilderness knowledge or experience, you may want to look into moving the reservations. You don't want to get to the Fort and find out your reservations are messed up because someone didn't use the right magic words. TCD
