Travisma 1,317
They have breakfast/lunch/dinner, and they offer a regular menu and a brought to your table buffet, so maybe that's the differences?
Tri-Circle-D 2,059
The gimmick at Whispering Canyon Café is that there are stick pony races and napkin swinging, and such. The servers are supposed to have big personalities and joke with the customers. You can read about it here: http://www.disneyfoodblog.com/2014/05/11/review-dinner-at-whispering-canyon-cafe-in-disneys-wilderness-lodge/ Some people think all of that nonsense makes it worth the price they charge for food that is on the same level of what you can get for less at Trail's End at the Fort. I don't. TCD BradyBzLyn...Mo

I don't. TCDThey have cut back on some of the joking. In fact, they now give you a coaster to put up or down on your table if you want to "Have Fun" or not. The food is decent, breakfast is $17 for adults and $9 for kids, but nothing special. Some people prefer it to Trail End since the "buffet" comes to your table, you don't have to get in a line to get your food.
Humphrey Bear…Rob 42
Just be sure and ask for Ketchup..... I'm with TCD, not sure the food is better than Trails End, but the lobby and grounds of the Wilderness Lodge are something to see. Great for kids in the pre-teens down.
