BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
Disney Food Blog has posted a review of the Wine Flights and Artisanal Cheese Plate offered at Weinkeller, located in the Germany pavilion of Epcot's World Showcase...http://www.disneyfoodblog.com/2015/08/11/review-wine-flight-and-artisanal-cheese-plate-at-epcots-weinkeller/ I've done the wine flights here before, but at that time they weren't offering the cheese plate. I have to say that looks pretty decent for $5! Some excerpts... GaDawgFan.....Kelly 799
I'll take it minus the pickles! My hesitation is I think of German wines as sweet. Are they all?
lightbikes 73
I'll take it minus the pickles! My hesitation is I think of German wines as sweet. Are they all? For the whites I find the Spatlese a bit sweet but the two Rieslings are excellent. The reds are good, nice a full body. I'm not usually a dessert wine fan so I don't know about them. CCIntrigue...aka Gwen 547
David likes the Two Princes rieseling, but I find it a little too dry.
TN22.....Brady 22
That cheese plate is AWESOME! I enjoyed several on our last visit. I chose the Spaten Optimator dark beer to pair with mine, as I am not a huge fan of German wine. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
