Magic Kingdom Guests can meet the family and the beloved Fairy Godmother at the castle walls, between Prince Charming Regal Carrousel and the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. While this is just a temporary adjustment, no additional information is available at this time. I think you're right. I've read elsewhere that this is just a change in location because they're going to be putting up the crane soon to start installing the castle dreamlights.
