We'll be heading up this weekend for a joint birthday weekend for one of my friends and myself, she has gluten allergy. We have never had a problem getting gluten free meals from any of the restaurants we have eaten at yet and I figure everywhere will have the standard icecream and prepackaged cookies. ButmI'm looking for a knock your socks off birthday worthy dessert. Even if you dont know for sure I can always try calling ahead to verify its gluten free. I dont feel like traveling with something or baking once I get there. Lets face it its summer in Florida who really wants to bake!Thanks ahead of time for the help.
