Joni and Doug 0
wondering if there are buses instead of boats to get to MK? I am terrified of boats- thanks
mouseketab.....Carol 1,261
WELCOME Yes there are, but it's a bit of a roundabout way. You can take a bus from the Settlement Depot (near Trails End and near the marina) over to Wilderness Lodge, then take a bus from Wilderness Lodge to MK. You will have to transfer at Wilderness Lodge. You can also take a bus from the Outpost Stop to any of the other parks (Animal Kingdom, Studios, or Epcot), then take another bus or monorail to Magic Kingdom. Given those options, I'd plan for an hour's travel time.
swimmarz 72
I know it could be sensitive, but why the fear of boats?this is a small lake, and I have never had any issues in my 28 years of going

Humphrey Bear…Rob 42
First of all, Welcome! Some of the larger boats are such that you sit INSIDE - not sure if that would make a difference, but the boats are definitely the fastest way to MK and not nearly as bumpy or smelly as the buses depending on how crowded they are. Hope you have a great time!!!!
caveat lector 181
Where's Lou when we need him. He could talk about the monorail :)
Starbuc71 162
Buses don't go to parks. They just drive around to look busy
