FEARtheEERS 18
Just got a message from the front desk that possible power outage in 1800 from 11:30-1:30 to turn on a generator if you have four legged friends. Ugh I was just going to go to downtown Disney, guess I will wait a few for that.

CCIntrigue...aka Gwen 547
It's awfully hot today to go without power.
FEARtheEERS 18
Yes especially if you were already in the parks when they notified everyone. I got a call an hour before and a letter four minutes late! I didn't hear many generators running...hope there aren't hot pets in campers.

Specularius 102
Since our Toy Hauler has a built in Onan generator, I will be installing the Onan EC30-W remote control with emergency temperature setting. It cost about $800 but if the shore power goes out and the temp gets to the set point it will fire up the generator and run until the temp gets back down to that set temp. I just have to buy tires before I can buy this. That is it's own story.

I'm pretty confident my next FW will be a toy hauler and I will have a generator so I'll keep that in mind. WBI

Duane 152
I bought one of these and installed it for this very purpose.... We knew the power could be iffy at the Fort at times.
