Campsight 0
Hello! Does anyone know if the magic bands come in different sizes? If so, how do you measure? Do you have to request them in different sizes or does Disney judge by age? Thanks!
Beckers 1,136
There is a thing that you can pull off to make smaller for kids. Pretty sure all fiends have been able to wear them and we come in all sorts of shapes and sizes :)
CCIntrigue...aka Gwen 547
All magic bands are the same size. But there's a lot of adjustment room in them. And, like Beckers said, there is a part that you can pull off to make them smaller for kids.

Actually the only complaint I have NOT heard about MBs is that they don't fit!

wendinator 109
This image does a pretty good job of showing you how the Magic Band ships (on the left) and how you can remove the black part (it separates with a bit of pull) and leaves a smaller band behind for those with thinner wrists like kids. http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-hBr7dZCY_Yg/UxuBbLMZ66I/AAAAAAAAAao/-3MxlOW19fg/s1600/download3.jpg BradyBzLyn...Mo

GaDawgFan.....Kelly 799
I actually have small wrists and pull the extra part off for myself. Otherwise, all the extra plastic is uncomfortable.
BigTom 76
I have large wrists, have to have my watch band added to before I can wear it and the bands fit me with no problem.

Thanks!Someone had posted an interesting article a while back on the thought process in developing the magic bands so it was one size fits all and the entire FP fiasco errr I mean wonderous project. Beckers 1,136
According to our friend google, they can go from 4.5 inches to 10 inches. I would measure mine to verify but they are packed away with our Christmas decorations (I hang them on the tree lol) BradyBzLyn...Mo
