sherryberry 35
Kenneth and I just returned from a week at Saratoga Springs. While there, we had dinner at Turf Club - which is in the back of the main building, near the boat dock. We've always been curious about this place, but never took the time to try it. Here's what we had. Seasonal salad - spinach and arugula topped with strawberries, red onion, almonds, blue cheese, and strawberry vinaigrette: Grilled romaine Caesar salad - half a head of romaine drizzled with olive oil and put on the grill for about 20 seconds, topped with a balsamic reduction, Caesar dressing, roasted tomatoes, croutons, and Parmesan: Buffalo chicken dip with house-made fries - pulled chicken, spicy (very spicy) buffalo sauce, blue cheese, and celery: Turf Club Pasta - Fettucine with grilled chicken, garlic, and fresh vegetables tossed in a spicy Italian herb-infused olive oil:

The food look great, but how did it taste? Would you go back? This is also a place that I want to return to... Went there several years ago when it first opened for lunch and it was just so-so, but have heard that its much much better now....
