For all we know something may have happened that makes him feel selling it is necessary, but the least he could do is be honest and say it is used.I feel sad too as I know how much you were hoping Herbie would go to a new family who would get to come to love him as much as your family did. I can't imagine how much it would cost to have that cart custom built.But to my DW. It's a 10 yr old cart and probably would think i was nuts if I bought it for more than $2000.
