shoreline99 137
Just asking if anyone has used them. We've booked a cabin for a few days in April and are flying in instead of driving. They deliver to the fort, from what I understand in other threads; any experiences with the service?
CCIntrigue...aka Gwen 547
We haven't used them, but I've always wondered about them. Will be interested in comments.
ependydad...Doug 176
I've used them at hotels, but not the fort. In fact, we just used them last month at Port Orleans Riverside. With 10 of ordering, we broke their $200 cost to get a break on delivery fees.
shoreline99 137
Yeah, i figured. any tips? Did you have to be there to receive delivery? Did they deliver to the front desk or your room? Stupid questions, I know, but inquiring minds want to know.
Grumpy and Grandma 740
We know a couple who use them all the time. Food is usually in the cabin when they arrive. Hopefully she'll chime in.

Stupid questions, I know, but inquiring minds want to know. This past trip, we got in very very late (like midnight or after). Our food was waiting at the hotel's bellhop (dry, refrigerated, and freezer all kept appropriately). I tipped the bellhop guy. And I think we also tipped the delivery on our order. GaDawgFan.....Kelly 799
I have never use them but I have used wegoshop.com. I like that you pay the actual price for groceries and they're even willing to shop sales for you.
dvccamper 32
We've used Garden Grocer several times, but never at the Fort. The food has always arrived early, the resort keeps it in a refrigerated room and then once we arrive we call bell services and they bring it up.While they are pricey I would rather pay a little extra for the convenience and not having to step foot in a grocery store on my vacation. I would recommend them.
FlyingReese 1
We used them last December when we where at the cabins. We loved them their customer service was great. We had an email, text and missed call stating our food was in the cabin, and to call if anything was wrong. I would highly recommend them. BradyBzLyn...Mo

h2odivers...Ray 952
We've used them. Order was delivered and correct. You don't need to be there. Also if you want to order beer or wine you'll need to contact them via phone. Unless they've changed their system.
shoreline99 137
Nope, still the same. They just asked me for my date of birth. They will deliver directly to your cabin, accompanied by a cast member, in advance of your arrival as long as you have checked in online and have a valid reservation. Thanks all for your comments.
