BRDof3...Rob 40
Assuming you're not one of those disreputable types that don't have to winterize. :rofl2:I may get the TT out next this weekend or next and wake it up for the year. I'd like to use it for a Spring Break trip, but the little woman may have other ideas.
Lou... 3,118
What do you mean when does it start? That implies that it ends. Not when you live next door to the Fort.
TnBob 311
Good one Busman, I'd give you a point but......oh hell I'll give ya one anyway :rofl2:
LORNADUCK 261
I just gave Bob some respect, not that I like him better than the busman, but he was getting ahead of him :rofl2:

devores 382
My season never ends. I live in the fiver, so Im always camping.
Snarky-Fairy 1
I don't have a camper, I don't camp. I use my wings and fly to bars near where I want to be, and then just bum off of people till I am happy.
Grumpy and Grandma 740
That's the advantage of being retired, it just goes on hold around Thansgiving thru Chirstmas.. (and we have winterized several times over a couple months)
mouseketab.....Carol 1,261
Well, I do have to winterized, but it involves just running 1 gallon of the pink stuff through my kitchen sink.I usually have to winterize in November, then undo it in December for a Fort trip, then rewinterize, then unwinterize for a January trip somewhere, then rewinterize, then unwinterize for a February trip, then rewinterize, then unwinterize for a March trip. :rofl2:
DaveInTN 3,247
Our season ended abruptly last summer when I sold our MH. :'(And it started again two weeks ago when we broke in the new TT!! :rofl2:  :banana:Man, I love camping!
BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
We were going to take the cover off the TT this weekend but guess what???There's a freakin' snowstorm coming Friday!!!!!We're on the 2"-6" / 6"-12" line.
doodlebug....Cherie 461
We usually try for the first week-end in April and with no snow in the forecast we just might make it :rofl2:
campingmommy aka Kelli 7
At this rate, it will be fall before we see our first camping trip! It's freezing again here today.Seriously though, hoping it will be early April.
Avatab.... Steve 124
We already de=winterized to go up to the In-laws in Maine a couple of weeks ago. (much easier for all concerned staying in the driveway.....)But as Monique pointed out we are getting a snowstorm later this week!! :parrot:We won't get as much here near Cape Cod as she will, but its still snow in April.... AARGH!!!
AuburnJen 777
My camping will start again when the MH is out of the shop. Did I mention that they now have to fabricate the muffler too? :rofl2:

Retired and Happy (Ken) 101
I thought we were go for Spring break next week, but we're staying with relatives so we'll take the van. But we're still on for Easter weekend in Gatlinburg (van) and July at the Fort (MH). Maybe it'll warm up here again before then.
momof3kids-Yvonne 595
We went this past weekend. It was my youngest dd's sleepover party. It rained pretty much the entire time, but the girls still had fun. We left the camper at the campground and will head back over this weekend. Keeping my fingers crossed that the weather they are predicting hold out. Normally we don't have it out until Memorial Day weekend.
GOBA Mom Lynn 18
I don't know if you'd call it camping, but we're going to my in-law's seasonal camp so the guys can level the trailer (park model Mallard). My DD and I plan on watching for a little while, then heading up the road to the Outlets to do some shopping. :rofl2:She needs some more clothes for her Disney band trip--less than 2 weeks away. I'm trying to figure how to stowe away in her luggage......
MLM5.. aka Judy 97
We are heading to Gatlinburg in two weeks! We are tent campers so we might freeze off our tail feathers but luckily I have lots to spare.. :rofl2:
BRDof3...Rob 40
I was saying this morning that I wanted to bring the TT home and get it set up for the season, and my daughter is already making plans to camp in the driveway. I love my kids. :rofl2:
BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
Even if I have to shovel a path to get to it, our first camping weekend will be in our yard with my nephew in 2 weeks.
charitycase20....Charity 10
Unfortunately our first camping excursion won't be until Memorial Day weekend. If we weren't going to Oklahoma in two weeks, you can bet the farm that I'd be planning something for April, all of our local campgrounds open tomorrow!!!
Kazlac4 3
When do we start camping?....NOT SOON ENOUGH!!!. Unfortunately our first trip will not be until mid May, but we are going to try to get lots more camping days in this season than last. I certainly envy those who live in the warmer areas!. :rofl2:
H in SC 85
What else can go wrong :rofl2:All part of the fun of camping. :D
