LONE-STAR 370 Posted February 6, 2015 Report Share Posted February 6, 2015 Well had the recall done this morning truck runs fine seems the same to me. The actual reprogram took maybe 15 minutes I sat in the truck while he did it. He wanted to show me what it said on the computer. The recall wording looks like it was written by lawyers. But his and my take on it is the truck won't put you on the side of the road anymore over one bad sensor. He said though ford will not actually tell him what the recall exactly does. They asked if I would drop my truck off as it might take 2 - 3 hours but I told them I'd wait.
