Outside guest at the Fort and other Disney properties

Recommended Posts

We will be staying at the Fort in Feb and wife has a friend who lives near Orlando and would like her to come in and visit us and go to dinner,  probably at Wilderness Lodge. Can you have guests? What are the hoops you might have to jump through to do this. Is there a way they can use the transportation? Can she just drive directly to the Lodge and eat with us?

Thanks for any help.

They can either come to the Fort and tell them they are visiting you on site x or drive straight to Wilderness Lodge and tell them at the gate they are there to have dinner. No worries either way.

Also, you could add them to your reservation for no charge, (if you don't have a package with tickets) and then they would be a full resort guest

If you do this, and your friends are like mine remember to ask that their KTTW cards do not have charging privileges.

Thank you Jason and Mouseketab for the welcome and great info. Looks like we will have no trouble whichever way we do it.

From NC and we have done Disney parks many times over the years and now the daughters are 22 and 26. 26 year old is married to an Air Force guy and lives in Okinawa Japan, She is coming in for a month and we thought we would do an old fashioned family vacation together. 2 years ago we bought a camper and doing Disney now for a new perspective of staying in the Fort for 4 nights. Then going to west coast of Florida for some Kayaking adventures. Gonna be a great 10 days.
