mpwelch50 0
We are bringing out 13 and 15 year old grand daughters for their first visit to WDW. I have scheduled most everything but I wondered about the BBQ or the Hoop Review at the Fort. Would the girls think it's cheesy or would they enjoy either one of them? We head that way next week so still have time to rearrange some of the plans. We are super excited to be sharing the Disney experience with them. Any suggestions for teen girls would be appreciated. mouseketab.....Carol 1,261
Welcome!!! The girls are probably a bit old for the BBQ - (mostly geared for the younger set), but they'll probably enjoy the Hoop De Doo I have boys, so don't know much else about what they'll enjoy. There are LOTS of stores at DTD geared toward the tween/teen girls market though (at least I think it is, I'm so out of tune with all that stuff).
GaDawgFan.....Kelly 799
I think they'd enjoy the HDDR.

Millermouseketeers MaryAnn 150
I second Carols suggestion of Downtown Disney. My girls, 18 & 21 have loved going there for years. Another eating place my girls enjoy is Whispering Canyon. They still like Chef Mickeys & Crystal Palace. They love shopping at all the parks. Enjoy!

PrincessNana 15
We took our 13 year old granddaughter to Artist Point for dinner one evening and she loved it. We all dressed better than our park clothes and she felt so grown up. Now, it's the restaurant she always requests when it's her turn to pick.
