They get an hour or so in and think they must be almost there... and then 2 hour in and surely it's just a few more minutes... then by the time they're 3 hours in there's no backing out. I think those 4 hour wait times are an intentional exaggeration on Disney's part to try to get guests to go somewhere else. But, I am not about to test that theory. I'd go insane. Soarin' Over the World Officially Coming to Epcot in 2016 Saturday, August 15, 2015 | Posted by OTPN Administrator Just a few minutes ago, the Walt Disney Company confirmed that a completely new version of the very popular Soarin' attraction will debut at Epcot and Disney California Adventure in 2016. The flying simulator will be renamed Soarin' Over the World and will feature all-new destinations, including China, European locations, and much more.
