wendinator 109 Posted November 7, 2014 Report Share Posted November 7, 2014 I'd read rave reviews about this place and when I finally got my Croque Glacé (Any Flavor Ice Cream in a Warm Brioche with Chocolate or Raspberry Sauce) I was underwhelmed. BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023 Posted December 11, 2014 Report Share Posted December 11, 2014 This is the oh-so-brilliant concoction known as the Ice Cream Martini. 2 scoops of really awesome ice cream - you can mix flavors and this is hazelnut and caramel fleur de sel - and a generous shot of the alcohol of your choice - grand marnier, rum or vodka. The caramel ice cream is killer. While the hazelnut was very good, I'd get 2 scoops of the caramel next time. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

wendinator 109 Posted January 15, 2017 Author Report Share Posted January 15, 2017 Since the warm brioche at L'Artisan des Glaces didn't float my boat, this time I tried the macaron - "chocolate or seasonal macaron ice cream sandwich". I opted for seasonal which was strawberry and cream (vanilla). This was quite good. They are pre-made.
