DaveInTN 3,247 Posted November 6, 2014 Report Share Posted November 6, 2014 While the new decorations don't necessarily bother me....I was wondering just how long the garland had been used (i.e. how many years of tradition have they tossed aside to accomodate the new parade floats). I dug up this picture, which I took myself as a 9 year old kid on my first Fort trip in 1977 (ignore the date stamp). Guess that garland was used for a lot of years.
