Pretty excited about this. Why are you excited about this? The theme sounds tropical. But, they already have the Royal Pacific hotel. I am not seeing anything new or innovative about this new hotel. But, there was nothing spectacular about either one to me. Is this new one supposed to be the equivalent of a moderate or value hotel, or is it supposed to be deluxe? We have stayed in Portofino and Hard Rock. This year we had reservations for the Royal Pacific but I am skipping it and just staying at the Fort.
