BeckersDadJohn 44
So since it is raining thought I'd check the Lance camper I bought new in June for leaks. Well I found a leak near molding of Fantastic vent. Called dealer can not take it in for warranty work till Oct 28. Week wait for service Normal?
Grumpy and Grandma 740
Usually. This time of the year it could even.be worse since the season is ending and they do a lot of winterizations
ImDownWithDisney 342
Unfortunately, that's not uncommon with new campers these days. Do yourself a favor and eternabond everything on the roof.
LONE-STAR 370
We bought ours new last year had a leak and a couple other problems. We had to wait over a month for service and they had it for a month. So a week is not so bad.
Helmsey......Todd 134
I called my dealer in September to get a list of warranty work done and they told me to drop it off October 11th. I have yet to hear from them since I dropped it off so I'm not sure if they have even looked at it yet. I imagine this is a busy time of year for them as everyone is likely coming close to the end of their season (if they don't camp year round) and trying to get work done before winter.
