I remember the big playgrounds off the walkway between World Showcase and Imaginations, then they had the smaller one back by the train area. I knew the big ones were just for the flower show but wasnt sure about the smaller one. Glad the drummers are still around. I'll have to look the next time I'm there, but I think there was a small playground back in the World Showcase in the area you're thinking of at a previous Food and Wine Festival. That should help with spending money. Yes, how much is a beer at Epcot now? We were just at SeaWorld Saturday. If you really get thirsty, a 12 pack of Bud Light will only be $84, and a "Craft" beer like Sam Adams or Blue Moon can be had for the low low price of $96.
