That's a cute house. The ceiling fan system in the living/dining room area reminds me of what they have in Olivia's restaurant, at the Old Key West resort.

I agree- that house looks great.  It's been updated.  And that view is amazing.

 

I though California real estate was outrageously priced.  The price on this doesn't seem bad.

It is. I thought the same thing then I realized they said Palm Desert. I think, based on the view, it's in the mountains above Palm Springs not actually in Palm Springs. Kind of like saying the house is in Tampa Bay but it's in Lutz not a beach front on Ckearwater Beach. Ok it might not be that different but you get the point.

I went through the same process....looked at the map and see where this is located in relation to Palm Springs.  And I concluded that Walt was very influential if he convinced Frank Sinatra and Lucille Ball to drive all the way over there.
