So easy Beer Bread

A friend passed this one along. It is so easy and tastes great!

Beer Bread

3 c. Self rising flour

1/2 to 3/4 c. Sugar

12 oz. Beer, warm (pick your favorite! The darker the beer the more sugar you will need!)

Melted butter, to taste

Comine flour, sugar and beer. Stir until all ingredients are moistened. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 375 35 to 45 minutes. Brush with melted butter. We have also added cheese to the recipe-delicious!
