Gamecock Goofy 2 Posted August 20, 2014 Report Share Posted August 20, 2014 A friend passed this one along. It is so easy and tastes great!Beer Bread3 c. Self rising flour1/2 to 3/4 c. Sugar12 oz. Beer, warm (pick your favorite! The darker the beer the more sugar you will need!)Melted butter, to tasteComine flour, sugar and beer. Stir until all ingredients are moistened. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 375 35 to 45 minutes. Brush with melted butter. We have also added cheese to the recipe-delicious! Quote Link to post Share on other sites
