This bit of info from The Mouse on booking ADRs through My Disney Experience...

 

Beginning August 13, Guests will be able to use the My Disney Experience to book dining reservations up to 20 minutes in advance (based on availability) via the MDE website or MDE mobile app on iOS devices.

 

Work is planned to allow for the same booking feature via MDE for Android devices.

I had to talk to their people from IT to fix a problem not that long ago. They said I had signed up for 5 MDE accounts with the same email address.....i am no IT wizard, but I did not know that was even possible to do. Anyway, it works now after they fixed my errors. WTF ever.
