I don't know why, but when I hear fish and Tacos in the same name, it just doesn't sound appetizing.Maybe if they called it Seafood Taco, it might sound better. I don't know why, but when I hear fish and Tacos in the same name, it just doesn't sound appetizing. They're getting more popular in these parts, and I admit at first it definitely sounded weird. The ones at Sunshine Seasons are similar to what I've had elsewhere. It's like a blackened piece of fish on a tortilla with some shredded cabbage. No typical taco toppings. Very simple. And good.
