Momof6....aka Marty 769
So, I have another idea for a craft. Have you seen the bleach t-shirts that folks are making? They block off an area of a tee shirt (some use contact paper, some just use heavy paper), then spray a mixture of 50/50 water and bleach on the tee. Once dry, they remove what they used to block part, and the design stands out. I am already thinking this would be cool with Peter Pan, possibly flying over the London skyline. Also, Pooh and Piglet, walking hand in hand. I was wondering how this would look with a Musket Mickey. This is the sort of thing I mean: http://www.sixsistersstuff.com/2012/01/diy-bleach-t-shirt-tutorial-perfect.html

(or Blue or Orange) Purple would be a great color to use with this method - and not just for obvious reasons.
BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
I ran across this photo on Facebook... It looks like they masked off the text/graphics, then painted. Love the finished look!

BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
Love this one! And it looks easy enough that I can maybe pull it off in my not-so-copious spare time. I found the instructions on Pinterest but they apparently came off the Disney site originally as that's where the stencil was. Retired & Tired (Judy) 90
Lou for someone like me with absolutely no talent, except caring for babies/children, it does not look simple. But I sure do love it and wish I could make one.

I don't see where talent is required for that project.Stick the stencil in the jar, trace it with a marker, slop the paint around the inside of the jar, done.
