jmaul 65
Hey John. Can you access the TC with the rear slide in or do you have to open it?
BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
Very cool! Definitely everything you need and with the slides, there's a surprising amount of open space.
BeckersDadJohn 44
I'm not trying to be a snot, I'm just wondering why you would choose a truck camper. They require a very heavy duty truck because of the bed weight, they present a very tall profile so lots of drag, and the space is smaller than most small trailers (even some pop-ups), and the floor is as high as a high line bus (i.e. lots of steps). I guess parking is a snap, tolls are cheaper, and ferry trips are no-sweat, but are there other reasons I'm overlooking?Sent from my iPad using TapatalkIn the 70's I had TC 4x4 Power wagon for hunting fishing camping & drove the beach at Island beach state park to surf fish. Life happened and I sold out. Now most my hunting is with a camera. The 70's been on my mind since I retired. My daughter renewed my interest with intro here. I've done a few photo safaris as I call it by car and F250 and thought how great would it be to be out before dawn waiting to grab some golden hour wildlife photos and after things settled down, get in camp make what ever, take a nap for the afternoon, sunset action. So being self contained I can drive NWLR, and other areas height permitting and continue enjoying retirement and life. We are blessed !F-350 also has a 5er prep package in case I or son in-law wanna Tow. BradyBzLyn...Mo
BeckersDadJohn 44
Hey John. Can you access the TC with the rear slide in or do you have to open it?Got to open it, if I was young and skinner,I might be able to access with slide in, that is a negative, but we wanted a two seat sofa with foot rests. LONE-STAR 370
They come a long way since I looked at them last. That what I wanted before we bought our first trailer. But now with a kid I don't see it.

Have one in house seldom use convection feature.

ftwildernessguy 778
I think I would use the convection oven a lot more than I use the lp one in my trailer.

He had it printed on canvas (like 10x16 or something large) and it's in the dining room, directly across from my seat at that table! That's funny right there... Hey John. If you ever find your way back to Island Beach State Park and need a full hook up before or after, give me a shout. Less than 2 miles west of Tunney/Mathis bridges, right off 37. Beckers has a standing invite as well. She and family can use our camper (until she gets her own).
