CKCK 45
I have a mini.... Cooper! I have a friend named Cooper. He is not mini. Excellent report, we drive a minivan and love it, went from a Camaro to a Town and Country. Ouch. That trade hurts more than ours did. We never went the minivan route. I had an Escort Station Wagon for a long while. I put a rubber mat in the back for the dirty baseball gear, and camping gear then moved to my first Sport Trac where all the dirty baseball gear and camping gear could go in the truck bed. The best thing about the Sport Trac was vinyl floors, no carpet to get dirty!! I obsess with keeping carpet clean. Vinyl floor sure would be convenient!
dblr....Rennie 224
Just could not do the mini van thing so we ended up with a Suburban, liked them so much we had his & hers, then moved up to crew cab trucks, now we have room to carry whatever want.
DaveInTN 3,247
My full size van has vinyl floors. After trips, I open all the doors and take the blower to it.
Beckers 1,136
My full size van has vinyl floors. After trips, I open all the doors and take the blower to it.That's awesome. My mini van carpet is impossible to vaccum clean. It's like the dirt/grass get embedded in the carpet and are there for good.
fortpartyof4 108
Always loved your TR's. Yes, you wrote this in May. So what if it's now August? Elephant in the room made me literally laugh out loud…..because I did note the minivan before you pointed it out. Good thing you still have your truck so you get to keep your man card. (you do still have a truck, right?) otherwise you can slap that big L on your forehead now 2 kids, loads of sports, carpools, road trips, scouts, band instruments, and all that being a mom entails……and I've never been able to bring myself to drive one. Sorry, folks. Not a fan. Of the minivan. I may or may not even duck when I have to ride shotgun in my best friend's. Looking forward to reading the next CK squared TR! Along with all of the others I have missed out on during my absence.
