h2odivers...Ray 952
The last pictures I have from this trip were taken around the hotel. Poor Emma....the sun has always bothered that girl's eyes. We tend to take the place for granted now after so many visits while staying at the Fort, but it really is a very nice resort. We always get a picture in front of this sign. INC and I grew up in a small town called Silver Creek. This is the first picture we ever took in this spot. But for comparison, here's one during Thanksgiving 2007 while we were camping at the Fort with my parents. And with my parents.Notice anyone additional in those pics? I should go through my later photos for more pics in front of that sign. In any case...that's all from this trip. As I mentioned before, I have some pics from a day trip to the MK in 2004 that I will share as bonus materials....coming up.Nope didnt notice Stella at all. Duh! How could anyone miss that cute little girl?
h2odivers...Ray 952
Vomit Cups! LolI hate those things. You would think a grown, ex-navy man could handle those cups. But not this guy. I think you nailed it on the head "so stinkin cute".

DaveInTN 3,247
Sorry for the delay in responding to comments, but I've been preoccupied the last few days. Onward now though.... 2004 was a great year, looks like the girls had fun on the "vomit cups"Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk They always like to go on those things. It's a good time for me to use the bathroom, or go check in for a dining reservation. Gradually catching up here... Great pics! Thanks for reading along! My gosh, they grew so fast! It's amazing to think of them now and what a short time ago these were taken! I am looking forward to the girls' new experience! I know! In reality this wasn't that long ago. They grow up so fast. Vomit cups, at least it all stays in one place. True. Easy cleanup. Wow, they grew up fast! They sure do. Love the sign pics! I want a bunch of years in a row, please! Great bonus material. I'm guessing you take them to Big Thunder Mountain! Nope....not BTMRR. I'm guessing Space Mountain. In the picture with Mary Poppins their shirts look wet, so they probably went on Splash Mountain. Unless your pictures are out of order and it's vomit. Not Space Mountain either....but you are perceptive regarding the wet shirts. Sure does look like we had ridden Splash. I'm pretty sure it is not vomit. Nope didnt notice Stella at all.Duh! How could anyone miss that cute little girl? LOL. Yep, you're right. Vomit Cups! LolI hate those things. You would think a grown, ex-navy man could handle those cups. But not this guy.I think you nailed it on the head "so stinkin cute". I'd think you could handle it, Ray. Glad I'm not the only one. Thanks for sharing. I love the old pictures. Thanks Bo!
DaveInTN 3,247
After the vomit cups, we apparently split up for a time. I took the two oldest girls to Haunted Mansion...a first for them. The last time we had been to Disney they were too scared to do it....understandable as they were 5 and 3 at the time. But now they wanted to go. I remember that INC took Izzy to see the Country Bears while we did HM. I don't think she was overwhelmed, as it took 9 years to convince her to see it again. :rofl3: We all met back up and rode Pirates together. And then we tried on the big hats. Several of these pictures that follow were printed in B&W and framed. They hang in my office. We of course had to visit Toontown and see our good friend Mickey. Uh oh....somebody is getting tired. Finally got them to all face the camera. Sadly....that is all the pictures I have of our day trip to the MK. I know we stayed in the park MUCH later than we anticipated. We didn't have dinner until we left the park and were driving back to my parents. I remember stopping at a Carrabba's after 9pm to eat, which is unusually late for us. The kids inhaled some pasta, and then slept in the car on the ride back. Well, I guess that's it for this little retro report. Thanks for reading! If I find any other Disney pictures as I scan the old photos this winter I'll share them. DIT is out!
