Nicki aka Rebelstand 272
Funny How the Shopping Went, Hidden Away, You can fit Six People in that thing- Remember how I said the Imagineer said that many things were just magical about making this suite. Here is an example. They found these two mirrors at an antique store. They just happened to be one with a man and one with a woman etched into the glass, in the Cinderella period clothing style.- This pictures demonstrates another magical happening. She really wanted the fireplace and for it to go higher than the rest of the room for impact. Turns out that these wood beams hide I-Beams and she had just enough space for her fireplace- Every modern appliance, except for an old fashioned phone is hidden away. Alarm Clock in a Box- This is another magical find. Can you tell me what it is?- The colors on the floor, if I remember right, were meant to match the murals in the castle walk through... why else would I take a picture of it??.. right.- Fireplace- Another Magical Find, they loved this small chair and asked the antique store owner if he had two. He said, "yes, I have another Slipper Chair".- They wanted the room to sleep at least 6 people so in the sitting area they had this couch/sleeper bed custom made- Gorgeous Stain Glass- (interesting factoid for anyone that hasn't done stain glass - reds, oranges, and yellows are the most expensive of the glasses to purchase because they typically have precious metals in them like gold and copper) Ceiling Medallion- In the bedroom stain glass- The hidden away closet and wardrobe spaces- There is a TV behind that mirror, i think- Up Next - The Throne Room, Proof I didn't Steal the Pics online, You can fit Six People in that thing,& Goodbye Dream Suite
Tri-Circle-D 2,059
You did a great job taking photos in that small space crammed with people. We visited WDW a lot during the Year of a Million Dreams promotion. I always thought we would get picked for a night in the castle. But we never did. TCD
CCIntrigue...aka Gwen 547
"Can you tell me what it is?" I'm guessing a coal scuttle or something to hold the ashes from the fireplace. Your Suite pictures are fantastic! We had so many people people in there that even if my camera had been working I couldn't have snagged these great shots!

Nicki aka Rebelstand 272
You did a great job taking photos in that small space crammed with people. We visited WDW a lot during the Year of a Million Dreams promotion. I always thought we would get picked for a night in the castle. But we never did. TCD It's a tiny space but patience was the key... and tons of pictures. I think I about 200. Artsy Fartsy then went in and picked the best. Also since we were the last group to go up, we had plenty of time after she was done talking to snap some extras... I was probably the last one or two to get out of the suite besides Cameron (Guest Relations Concierge) who held the key to the suite. "Can you tell me what it is?" I'm guessing a coal scuttle or something to hold the ashes from the fireplace. Your Suite pictures are fantastic! We had so many people people in there that even if my camera had been working I couldn't have snagged these great shots! It's specifically called a Cinder Pot.... I love all the little details. Wow!The suite pictures are beautiful! Thanks. A really good camera is the key...and tons of pics

Nicki aka Rebelstand 272
The Throne Room, Proof I didn't Steal the Pics online, You can fit Six People in that thing,& Goodbye Dream Suite We will start with a few pictures that didn't make it into the last update. Probably the least used phone in all of WDW, just the sight of it caused us all to giggle because it was installed at the time that most people were getting smart phones and getting rid of home phones. Though it is probably how you call Cameron to get you some food in the middle of the night- More Stained Glass or Another Picture of the Same- Now here is your proof that I was indeed in the suite and didn't steal the pictures from online- The Door to the bathroom- Remember the mirror from the last post? Here is the female counterpart- Original Artwork of Cinderella- There is a piece of furniture very familiar to this one in the MK, anyone know where? - Now we head into the bathroom- You could just about fit six people into this thing- Shower Head- Stain Glass Window in the Shower- Bathroom Chandelier (one of two)- Now for the Throne Room- Yes, that is walnut wood panelling. Yes, the throne is made from stone. Yes, there is a mural to contemplate. Yes, there is a door that closes you into the room all by yourself. Next Up- Not Done With The Bathroom Yet & Goodbye Dream Suite
Tri-Circle-D 2,059
Pretty nice. That Throne Room is nicer that the Pioneer Hall bathrooms. Do they really call it the Throne Room, or did you make that up? TCD

Do they really call it the Throne Room, or did you make that up? TCD Nope. I made that up. Figured Dave and a few others would get a laugh out of it. She did however make sure it was the last thing we got to see in the suite. She was proud of that room.
h2odivers...Ray 952
I think you did a great job photo shopping your picture into those pictures you found online! LolI think Throne Room is a perfect name for that room. Look above the stool. It looks like the thing you always see over a King or queen's throne.
CCIntrigue...aka Gwen 547
More awesome pictures, Nicki! We were told by our guide that the hammered copper sinks in the bathroom cost $20,000 each.
