If that's not it, is it possible the blower air intake is plugged with leaves or something? Beyond that....do you know if they EVER inflated better? I ask, because I have a pair of Mickey and Minnie inflatables from Sears that I got on Closeout a few years ago that have always needed help standing upright. I have a Vampire Mickey that can't stand up on his own anymore. I remember one year at the Fort, there were dozens of Vampire Mickeys. Now, you hardly see any. I don't think it's a zipper or the motor. I think the seams and the fabric deteriorate over time, and no longer hold the air. I don't know what you can do about that. RIP Vampire Mickey. I have not tried any of these suggestions but do have Christmas blowup that I will try when the time comes. A drop of oil on the blower motor would not hurt either. I was thinking heavy duty hair spray. I would like to be able to spray it on the inside while the fan was running to distribute it all around, but not to sure how without having the zipper open and the character collapsing.
