The event is billed as being filled with music, entertainment and celebrations, with teams racing in colorful dragon boats . Watercraft transportation at DTD will not be available during these times:10/09 = 4:15-6:45pm10/10-10/17 - 10-11am and 3:15-6:45pm10/18 - 10 a.m. - 10-11am and 3:15-closing10/19 - 10am-5:30pm Additional bus service to DTD will be available during this time.
