I'll be working in the zone which includes Brazil, Australia, Argentina, Singapore, Africa and South Korea! First two days I'll be in the Kimchi Dog house. Just like they said I would.... There was other food that was amazing, and I'm sure it smelled good. but all you could smell was that kimchee. The smell would permeate from the Koreans while they worked too. You never wanted to work too closely with them on a hot day........ Incidentally, I hate cabbage kimchee, but love cucumber kimchee. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

I prefer the kimchi from near the coast that contains fermented seafood paste (usually shrimp, oyster or anchovy) as well as a real heat kick from chile peppers.
