BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
Disney is conducting another bus route test, this time with a direct service between Disney's Animal Kingdom and Downtown Disney. The test is scheduled to take place during September and October. The route will be in service daily between 3pm and 1am, dropping off at the West Side bus stop. BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
Currently there is no direct bus route from DTD to any of the 4 theme parks.

BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
Beginning Sept 22, operating hours for the Animal Kingdom to Downtown Disney bus routes will be shortened. Instead of ending at 1:00 am, they will now end three hours after AK closes (park close during the week is currently 6 pm.)
h2odivers...Ray 952
On our last trip we took DD to BBB in DTD, big that's a lot of letters. When she was done we wanted to go to MK. The bus driver told us there isn't a direct route to any of the parks. Just like Mo said. He said they don't want non resort guests to park for free at DTD and then take the bus to the parks. Made sense to me so he was heading to the contemporary or was it Poly and we went with him. Why are they making a route directly to AK?
BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
Why are they making a route directly to AK? Seems to be a test... of what exactly, I'm not sure. But it also doesn't seem to be going particularly well if they're already shortening the hours.
BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
Just saw a photo of the sign posted at AK that was taken today, and it says the service runs from 3pm to PARK CLOSE.
