Syncing UT tix on MDE- help!!

Hey fiends! I have a "who do I contact" question...  I've managed to sync all of my UT tix except one.

I am getting this message:

 

Error:

This ticket or pass has already been converted to a paperless ticket or pass.

 

I'm not sure why because I've not tried to sync them before today.  Who do I call about this Disney or UT?
