DaveInTN 3,247
I haven't had dinner at CP in probably 5 years, but I always enjoyed it and thought it was a cut above the other character buffets. This review indicates that is not the case anymore though. They said the food was worse than Chef Mickeys! Yikes.
Katman1356...Jason 1,140
Have never gone to CP for dinner but was there just over a week ago for Breakfast and the food was good as always. I love the puffed French Toast they have. Sure it's in the kids are but I'm just big for my age right. Somehow that doesnt sounds right.
BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
Haven't eaten there in probably 4-5 years, but the last time we did it was good. Could be they hit it on a bad day, or things have gone way downhill.
ImDownWithDisney 342
We used to eat there a lot when I was younger. I loved the beef tips in the puff pastry bowl. The last time that we ate there with the kids I left with a feeling that I imagine would be close to "arse raped". The buffet was not good. We haven't been back. DramaMama .......... Janet 75
It is a bit hard to compare our experiences with Chef Mickey's and Crystal Palace since we had breakfast for one and lunch at the other. Also, DH and I ate lunch w/out the kids during an off season anniversary trip in 2011 at Crystal Palace. We loved the mediterranean food (many people don't) and felt the meal was rather relaxing even with the characters. Like I said, it was off season. Our Chef Mickey's experience was Monday of Thanksgiving week in 2011. The place was super crowded, loud, and felt frantic. The food was good, but not any better than we could have had at our resort. Character meals can be tough...
