And I too could barely understand him. What was the name of the trashcan at Rafiki’s planet watch? Push? he was good.

According to Planet Hollywood, Plex is the creation of Max, the teenage son of Prof. Earl, founder of the Planet Hollywood Observatory. Maybe it's supposed to look cheap/homemade? You know Disney is into all of these convoluted back stories/themes like the one they have for Disney Springs. But poor sound is not good.

No I get that a teenager built it and it’s probably suppose to look cheap. But it just looks cheap. I think they failed.
AuburnJen 777
The new NBA Experience is set to open in August. For those of you who do not know, it will be housed in the old DisneyQuest building. http://blogmickey.com/2019/03/breaking-nba-experience-to-open-august-12th-at-disney-springs/?fbclid=IwAR10snhCE1UHEgrol2W2N0rL5_XCCT0OuizhDeLT7wW2ILqWTeEiQlg7dUk For pictures and maps, please click on the link. Quote Disney has announced an opening date for the NBA Experience at Disney Springs. Guests will be able to immerse themselves in the world of the NBA starting August 12th. Here’s a list of the activities you’ll be able to experience: Experience one of the biggest milestones for a basketball player at the NBA Draft with a photo moment that re-creates the atmosphere of the draft stage. Track and improve their jump shots and passing skills in a replicated NBA Combine challenge, complete with a scouting report that highlights their stats at the end of the session. Step onto the court and hear the roar of the crowd as they maneuver through a series of timed shots to aim for a high score. Execute the perfect slam dunk just like NBA superstars, captured by cameras surrounding adjustable baskets. Test their ball-handling skills with an interactive trainer who will challenge them with a variety of dribbling routines. Use an oversized slingshot to launch basketballs at hoops of varying heights, making as many shots as possible before the clock runs out in this thrilling timed challenge. Immerse themselves in the rich legacy and history of NBA and WNBA championship-winning teams. Access a team locker room that showcases up-to-date statistics and visuals of top NBA and WNBA players. Test their knowledge of the NBA and WNBA – past and present – during a trivia game with up to 25 participants competing against one another to be champion. Enjoy two 180-degree cinematic presentations that showcase the in-arena experience moments before the start of the game, as well as special stories from the players’ perspectives. Take a seat at an interactive multi-screen module to watch replay clips from NBA games, using the tools at their stations to make the right calls. Play interactive basketball games, from the fan-favorite Pop-A-Shot to modern video games Disney also released some new concept art tonight as part of the announcement that took place during an Orlando Magic game. Well since I'll never step into that place, it'll be a little less crowded.
AuburnJen 777
My son is super excited for this place. Since he is a teenager, he is old enough to go without me. I will make supergeek take him. Basketball is not my sport, however, I am sure it will make loads of people happy.

AuburnJen 777
https://blogmickey.com/2020/06/new-security-measures-tested-at-disney-springs-bag-check-improvements-possible-when-theme-parks-reopen/ Quote Disney is testing new security measures at Disney Springs today. While photos and video are strictly prohibited, the brand in use is Evolv Technology. Essentially, the technology allows for a completely contact-less bag check experience. When we visited earlier today, we didn’t have to put our bags through any x-ray machines and didn’t have to stop walking at all. The technology is very impressive from a guest experience standpoint, crating a frictionless entry experience. Again, photos and video were strictly prohibited and we abide by all rules at BlogMickey.com. Here is a photo of the device in use from the Evolv Technology website and a video of what they offer. Travisma 1,317
There was another post of the new security entrance at AK. Looks something like the HS bag check one. It's all underneath a roof. So these scanners in theory could be safely placed underneath and out of the weather.
