Starbuc71 162
Yeah!!!! Another new attraction at the MK to pour more guest into the mix. Hopefully this will keep the other parks slower this summer
Helmsey......Todd 134
We have to be the first Fiends to ride the Mine Train! TCD You better do it before 5/4.......
devores 382
Here is a good way to find the official opening day. Someone who has a MB and AP needs to go online and try to make FP+ reservations for the ride. This will give you the exact opening day. Worth a shot anyway. I know what CMs are being told as to the official opening. But I cant divulge that info. BradyBzLyn...Mo

Tri-Circle-D 2,059
It's not open yet so it couldn't be this weekend anyway.I'm guessing it should be open to the public by sometime next weekend. I'm hoping to catch a soft opening. It's going to be crazy after the official opening. Here is a good way to find the official opening day. devores 382
Before anyone starts speculating. No, this is not a soft opening or CM preview. Those are the CMs who will be working that attraction. Part of the training/opening procedures is to ride the ride. You have to know how it feels and runs. Katman1356...Jason 1,140
I like the newer animatronics but I am not a real big fan of the projected faces. I know they can be made to move more naturally and are probably cheaper but I like the older style.

Although the technology is pretty cool, and if available 50 years ago I have to wonder if Walt would have liked it. If it is cheaper....I bet Roy would have approved. Either way, if I'm whizzing by on the mine train I bet it looks pretty neat and I wouldn't otherwise notice that it's projected vs physical animatronic.
GaDawgFan.....Kelly 799
I'm starting to wonder if this ride can possibly live up to the build up and hype?
BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
mmmm.... can you say "Under the Sea"?
DaveInTN 3,247
mmmm.... can you say "Under the Sea"? Oh, please no. They couldn't have possibly built yet ANOTHER attraction worthy of the Crappiest Place on Earth. I think this ride will actually be ok. Probably not great, but it simply can't be as bad as Under The Monkey Butt.
