From the Disney Parks Blog, a preview of the new menu items being added at the Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge at Disney's Hollywood Studios. We've eaten here a few times and loved it. Seating is first come, first served (which can be a bit of a headache when) and service can be a little wonky, as it seems sometimes they've got servers covering inside and outside tables, but the food has always been terrific. The charcuterie board here is probably the best we've had at WDW, and we've tried them at a bunch of places. One big downside this time of year... while there are umbrellas, this isn'
