Tried Sanaa for the first time last November and LOVED it. Squash soup with roasted pumpkin seeds and if I remember right, some kind of yogurt in the middle. This was the seasonal soup. We loved the bread service with all 9 accompaniments (in no particular order)... Red Chile Sambal, Cucumber Raita, Coriander Chutney, Mango Chutney, Coconut Chutney, Garlic Pickle, Spicy Jalapeno-lime pickle, Roasted Red Bell Pepper Hummus, Tamarind Chutney The heat varied from mild raita and hummus, to super spice sambal and coriander chutney (my favorite). This is an old list I'm excerpting from Disney Food Blog, but I was wonder for those that have experience "winging it" for TS meals, what are your go to places that are the easiest to get into without an ADR? We rarely do ADRs in general, but our go to is often a lounge where you can order off the full restaurant menu (check out the recent thread on The Wave). We've always had luck walking in to Trails End, and Disney Springs and Resort restaurants outside of MK/EP seem to always be pretty easy to get in. From the Disney Parks Blog, a preview of the new menu items being added at the Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge at Disney's Hollywood Studios. We've eaten here a few times and loved it. Seating is first come, first served (which can be a bit of a headache when) and service can be a little wonky, as it seems sometimes they've got servers covering inside and outside tables, but the food has always been terrific.
