Tried Sanaa for the first time last November and LOVED it. Squash soup with roasted pumpkin seeds and if I remember right, some kind of yogurt in the middle. This was the seasonal soup. We loved the bread service with all 9 accompaniments (in no particular order)... Red Chile Sambal, Cucumber Raita, Coriander Chutney, Mango Chutney, Coconut Chutney, Garlic Pickle, Spicy Jalapeno-lime pickle, Roasted Red Bell Pepper Hummus, Tamarind Chutney The heat varied from mild raita and hummus, to super spice sambal and coriander chutney (my favorite).
