Testing is still going on, but I've seen a few people ask what attractions and experiences will be included in the new FASTPASS+ system when it rolls out. Here's the official list so far... This article seems to confirm Disney California Adventure - Marvel Studios is happening for sure, but I haven't seen anything official yet. Has anyone else? We probably won't see them again until Christmas - New Years week, but since there was a capacity closure at Magic Kingdom on July 4th, I figured it was a good time to update the page that outlines who does and doesn't get in when a closure happens. I know plenty of you have been to the parks more times than you can count. So, what are your favorite out of the way spots - places where you can get out of the hubbub, people watch, relax and enjoy? A few of my favorites... Wishing well near Cinderella Castle at MK Rocking chairs outside Hall of Presidents at MK The steps along the water in the Italy pavilion at Epcot Tables/chairs under the trees across from the Backlot Tour at HS (bonus - next to the bar!) Seating area around back near the fountain behind Yak & Yeti counter service at AK Dawa bar area at AK - close enough

The Haunted Mansion will be closed for refurb from December 1-19, reopening on Dec. 20. In addition, the refurb of the Yankee Trader shop, that is slated to reopen as a Haunted Mansion shop, has been extended. It was slated to open 9/30, but latest word is that it will not reopen until some time "at the end of the year." No confirmed reopen date at this time. I read the article below recently, written by someone that visited every Disney park in the world. It was interesting to me to see what he noted as the differences and similarities. Looks like Disney themed pet products are making a return! They used to have a lot more than they do now, and there even used to be a little bit of a store at DTD just for pets. I'll be updating the master refurb page soon, but there are a couple of attractions on the schedule for closure/refurbishment this summer... Magic Kingdom - Carousel of Progress will be closed 8/25 thru 9/4 Animal Kingdom - It's Tough To Be A Bug will be closed from 7/7 thru 8/11
