The Holiday Services team is scheduled to install the holiday decorations at Hollywood Studios after park hours on November 11 & 12. Holiday decorations for Animal Kingdom have already been staged on two trucks near the backstage area of Expedition Everest. No word yet on when installation is scheduled to take place. -
Since we have a bunch of Fiend families headed to the Fort in the coming weeks, I thought it would be great if those there now could give us real time reports on which loops/sites seem to be the most decorated. And if you can throw in some photos to boot - BONUS POINTS! :) Also for those of us not able to get to the Fort for the holidays, we could use a little dose of that fantastic Fort holiday cheer!

The Holiday Services team is currently scheduled to begin installing holiday decor at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground at approximately 10pm, Sunday, November 17, 2013. Wilderness Lodge decorations should begin going up at about 10pm, Monday, November 18th.

On December 8th, I led a group of 120+ people on a tour of Fort Wilderness site decorations. All of you were so wonderful, coming out to talk to people about your site, like Dave the Castle Guy. I'm glad we finally met in person! I can't tell you how much it meant to me and the number of wonderful comments I got from everyone on how thrilled they were! They all said they were blown away by the Fort, the decorations, and the people. Many planned on going back, taking the bus like I suggested and getting out to see sites (like in 1600) that we couldn't do that night. All of them said they'
