  1. I still have a couple more, just a little horsing around:
  2. We visited friends staying at the TT when we were there in January, and it was a nice looking campground. They were near the lake with a nice, private site. If we could camp more, and didn't live on the edge of one of their regions, I would seriously consider a membership.
  3. Yes, I have a few more food photos, this time from Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano. We booked a reservation for here to also include reserved seating for Fantasmic. With the booking you pay a fixed price for an appetizer, entree and desert. I ordered the calamari, nothing really interesting there, but here is Becky's Seared Fennel-Crusted Tuna: Both of us ordered the same entree, the Chicken Campanelle: Finally, dessert was a medley of tasty treats that we shared: ad The food was excellent, and more then we could finish (note the take home bag). We broke about even cost w
  4. I still think we will see this thing again, they are being far too careful removing it.
  5. Makes a lot of sense for Disney, reduces staff at the front desk in the long run. Some folks I am sure will miss the interaction, but they don't have to do it. I think this will go over very well.
  6. Actually, the Department of Homeland Security is the original DHS. Disney did not change the name until 2008. Besides, I'll still call it MGM.
  7. Still going through photos, still finding photos of food. We did Via Napoli the second evening we were in EPCOT. The place was so loud I could not hear the waitress. Becky went with a salad, but I wanted pizza, so opted for the Quattro Formaggi Pizza: It was good, but not what I expected from a white pizza. Very cheesy, but not flavor beyond that, such as the garlic flavor I expected. I also went with a beer flight: Birra Moretti, when you could replace it with a Bub and wouldn't know the difference, Birra Moretti's La Rossa, a little bit better then the last, and the seasonal,
  8. It was Becky's 39th as well (don't think I'll get in trouble there :-D). We are already talking an anniversary dinner there, may 10th in a few years.
  9. Each course but the very first has at least two dishes to choose from, more for the main course. Also, you can replace any course with any other course on the vegetarian menu. Even though it is prefix, there are still tons of options.
  10. Thanks, one of mine too. It was a chilly morning a few weeks ago, we were on a cart headed to the marina, Becky was driving, so I was free to shoot a couple of photos.
  11. Finally, for now, the dog run. The embankment from the rail road runs right through it:
  12. Also a part of the Fort I never knew, the Fort Wilderness Railroad. Here is a bridge abutment:
  13. Yeah, that pretty much describes it. Maybe way down the road we will go back and do it again, maybe at the chefs table, but so glad we did it once. It was Becky's first time to Disney, and in the two weeks we were there, this was the highlight of the trip for her.
  14. Finally, as a treat for Becky's birthday, hand made candies.
  15. My dessert, Tanzanian Chocolate Timbale with Orange Scented Milk Chocolate Gelato.
  16. The dessert before the dessert, Roasted White Chocolate Gelato with Candied Fig. I think the fig is the only thing all night that I really did not care for.
  17. Time for coffee, this is a Reverse Vacuum Coffee Maker, very neat to watch. I would love to have one of these for special occasions.
  18. A half portion of the True Japanese Kobe Beef that we shared. Truly amazing, the beef is almost buttery and just melts in your mouth. This is one of the few places in the nation where you can get real Kobe beef.
  19. My main course, Roaster Duck with Fennel and Leeks, "A l'Orange"
