    II'd be all over it. I'm still kicking myself for passing on a 69 Chevelle SS, 396 4 speed, black on black. 8k from a family friend. It's worth over 40k now.

    Good to know about the act of god clause. If you check our camping trip from 12' I had a huge tree branch land 3' away from my slide out. That was a bad camper trip. 3 AC units, water main break, roof leak and friends ended up getting sick. At the fort so I guess it wasn't that bad.

    I'm sad that I can't post pics from my phone. My best castle pictures are of my daughter with her arms out like she's flying in front of castle. I have one like that for the past ten years. I guess I can put them up when my daughter has her disney wedding my wife is already planning. Lol. Not, that's 35K
